Frank Yan of Sacramento on Who Are You Truly

Who are you truly? What has been the biggest factors in you to date? When people in Sacramento say the phrase: “be yourself” what do they truly mean and is that even possible with so much to influence us in our daily lives? Frank knows that we are the construction of so much information, that we are made by such things that color and saturate our growth process. Frank Yan says, if there is a part of you inside the chances are that is it lost amongst layers upon layers of external input. Very rarely do we show the world who we truly are and that in itself may just be the most difficult things in the world to do. Frank knows that there are parts of him that he chooses to hide for whatever reasons and on the flip side there are parts of Frank that shine through that are as a result of those things that have penetrated his being and has made him act in a very specific way.

A few months ago Frank saw a breif documentary at the Sacramento International Airport while waiting for his flight out. The documentary was called: What the bleep do we know? Frank think there should be a new one called ‘Who the bleep are we?’ Frank may be challenged for saying this but he believed that very few people here in Sacramento actually know themselves and Frank is for one of them. Everyday is a growing process for us and at the same time Frank is taking on information and behaviors that are ultimately deciding what actions he will take from one moment to the next. However there is a part of Frank Yan that wants that sponginess to stop. We are all sponges. Yes, he said it. Sponges soaking up our environments were in. Most of the times we have to be sponges because there is so much to learn in this day and age that every day becomes a university. There’s always something new to learn and discover about ourselves. Frank wants that part of the sponge to remain open for business but he wants the part of himself he the chooses what actions he personally takes and the personality that he will emit to be a more like a rock than a sponge. Frank wants to choose a pattern of behavior that is what he decided to be in accordance with the belief systems that he have decided best reflects what he believes the universe is about and accurately reflects the purpose he has created for himself.

This is a very challenging time for Frank. Who was the guy Frank Yan that lives in Sacramento 4 weeks ago and is a very different person that he I is today? And the hurdles before Frank seem very high although he is sure they were not. But despite those hurdles Frank will take that fight to his very core. It’s not a fight of violence, but a fight of love whereby Frank must find a way of accepting these new facets of who he is and integrate them into the person he wishes to ultimately shape himself into. Frank is no different from anyone else. Everyone faces those challenges on a daily basis and the process of discovery of that person who you are or have chosen to be deep down, must be faced with love and your held high! Whether you see that inner person with an exact avatar or whether you decide that, that person will be someone new on a daily basis, do it with a sense of pure acceptance of you. You will change, you will adapt, your purpose will change, your desires will change, you ideal self will change, but change is a sponge, waiting to be immersed in a bucket of water.

Frank Yan of Sacramento on Steps To A Healthier You

Frank Yan is a huge fitness fanatic. Frank says that we don’t always have to register for boot camp to stay in shape. We can improve our fitness (and health) by alternativly walking 6K (about 3 miles) to 10K steps per day. The goal is to boost our vitality and overall health, put one foot in front of the other at least 6K times per day. By walking about 6K steps (about 3 miles) daily will decrease the risk of heart disease and diabetes. People who walk 6K steps per day are less likely to be obese. To keep ourselves motivated, we need to invest in a pedometer to count the number of steps we take daily. Tracking our steps will help us set goals and makes us stay accountable. If 6K steps feels way too daunting, try with just 2K per day and then work your way up to 6K or more steps each and every day.

Frank Yan has been an active member of Cal Fit in the Sacramento area, Prime Time Boxing in Sacramento and Roseville, 24hr Fitness in the Sacramento area, and it’s various locations across nation, or may be in the gym at the hotels he will stay during his travels.

Frank Yan of Sacramento on What's Holding You Back From Taking Action

Sacramento local Frank Yan says that if you are ever stuck down and out in the rut and really have the desire to get out why are you still in a rut? It is extremely and very hard to clearly understand sometimes why we cannot take the first steps to get our lives back on track.

There always can be multiple barriers from the obligations that we know we have to fulfill to a bout with our depression. If you think or know that are depressed go take a trip to see a counselor, or doctor to determine your current position, but if it is just procrastination then you can break through it and get into the action.

You should get excited about whatever it is you are working on. You would need to think back to why you wanted to reach the goal of accomplishment in the first place. Emotion really does create motion and the more enthusiasm you can build for the task at hand, the more work that will get done.

You will need to begin and start making the improvements to your life overall. If your diet is poor and your not exercising as much as you should, you may not have the energy to carry out your goals. Exercise and a good diet will improve your mental status and focus dramatically if you start putting the right foods in your body and start working out four or five days per week.

Reduce your the fat intake. Not just on your body, but from your life. If you are watching more television than you should, cut your watching times if you think its too much. Television and video games are time fillers that can be eliminated for more productive and life affirming activities.

You should recruit help of a friend. If you make a promise to someone else, then you are more likely to follow through. You can make excuses to yourself, but it will be much harder to make them to someone else. A friend can keep you accountable.

Frank Yan stays actively involved in his Sacramento community and spends time with his friends to avoid the laziness, contentment, and depression. Taking action enables Frank to stay focused at the task at hand, that leads him to live a healthy life with happiness.

Frank Yan of Sacramento on Time to Act Now

The time to act is now. According to Frank Yan, a businessman in Sacramento. He says the sooner you deal with a difficult situation that come across your path, the less time you will spend living with it. The sooner you take the advantage of the possibilities to make them become positive, the more time you will spend reaping the rewards of it.

Again Frank Yan says with passion, the time to act is now, when you have that precise intention of your thought, and reasonings to act. Now is when you are clear about why, and now is when your passionately engaged, so Frank suggests that you put it to use purposely.

Frank has observed many people in his Sacramento area put care and consideration into what they do. Yet they do not care and don’t allow consideration be the only thing they do. Put care into it and allow your thoughts to do the right thing. So the time to act is now.

The faster that you take action, the better advantage you have. The faster you take action, the more detailed and effective you can be.

The situation won’t change by pretending it is something different or by wishing it goes away. The situation will only change when you act to make a difference, and the time to do that is now.

Always give yourself a time from anxiety, worries, and difficulties that will fall on top of other difficulties. You should take control now, quickly now, act positively, and make your world in Sacramento better by what you choose to do.
