Frank Yan of Sacramento on A Tatse of Old Tiburon

As you may know by now, Sacramento resident, Frank Yan has expressed his favorite short time destinations has been his love of the Bay Area. The Bay Area is only about an hour to an hour and a half away from Sacramento which is an easy commute for Frank.

Another destination towards the Bay Area that Frank Yan enjoys is a small town in Marin County, Tiburon. Tiburon is situated at the tip of a peninsula stretching out into the San Francisco Bay, where the stunning views are nothing short of being spectacularly amazing. Especially Tiburon’s 20-minute ferry rides towards the Golden Gate, Pier 41, and Frank’s favorite, Angel Island.

For a more extensive venture, Frank Yan recommends to hike the Ridge Trail or head to Muir Woods. Muir Woods is an awe inspiring redwood forest. You can take your bike and cycle the 3 mile paved Tiburon Bike Path to Blackie’s Pasture Park, while you can see people window shopping and browse through boutiques and art galleries on Ark Row.

Tiburon is about an hour and forty five minutes from Sacramento.
