Frank Yan of Sacramento on Heart Attacks and Hot Water

Frank Yan of Sacramento posts a related article: Energy Drinks

One day Frank Yan ran into his friend who practices nuclear medicine at the Sacramento Heart Association in Sacramento. They both spoke how the Asian culture drink warm water during their meals and how this practice can avoid heart attacks.

The Chinese drink hot tea during their meals, not cold water. Frank Yan says that perhaps it's time that we should adopt this drinking habit while we eat our meals.

It's always nice to have a cold drink during and after a meal especially when it is hot. But, cold drinks will solidify the oily foods that we consumed and will slow down our digestion. As soon as this "sludge"reacts with the acid, it will the break it down and them absorbed by our intestines quicker than the solid foods. It will then line up the intestines which will soon turn into fats that will block our arteries.

This is Common Symptoms Of Heart Attack.

Not every heart attack complication will be the left arm hurting and we may not have the first upper chest pain during the course of a heart attack. Frank says we should be aware of intense pain in our jaw line. Intense sweating and nausea are also common symptoms. 60% of those people who have a heart attack while they are asleep never wake up.
